Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At SwarSnap AI, we sell credit packages for digital background removal services (Basic 100 Credits, Pro 500 Credits, and Scale 2,000 Credits). Because credits never expire, purchased credits remain available on your account indefinitely until used.

2. Refund Eligibility for Unused Credits

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused credit purchases:

• If you purchased a credit package and have not used any credits from that pack, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Partial refunds for partially used credit packs may be calculated on a pro-rata basis at our sole discretion.

3. Processing Failed Jobs

If an image background removal attempt fails due to system error, timeout, or network interruption, your credit balance is automatically restored. You are never charged credits for failed image processing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with your payment transaction ID:
