Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay Payment Gateway:

• Purchased credit packs (100, 500, or 2,000 Credits) are credited to your online account balance instantly within seconds.
• A digital payment confirmation receipt is delivered immediately to your registered email address.
• You can start using your credits immediately on the AI Upload Workspace.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Support

If your account credit balance does not reflect your purchased credits within 10 minutes due to banking gateway delays, please contact our support team with your payment ID for immediate manual confirmation:
