2. Service Terms & Credit Usage

SwarSnap AI provides automated AI-driven image background removal:

• Credit Rule: 1 Credit is consumed per successful image cutout.
• No Expiration: Purchased credit packages never expire.
• Fair Use: You agree not to upload illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing content.

3. Payments & Gateway

All paid transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are one-time credit package purchases with no recurring subscription fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

SwarSnap AI is provided on an "as-is" basis. While our AI algorithm strives for max precision cutout output, we are not liable for incidental business loss arising from automated image background processing.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
